Brett Maupin is a Shareholder at Maupin, Cox & LeGoy, where he focuses his practice on real estate and commercial transactions. Since joining the firm as an associate in 2011 following his graduation from the University of Idaho College of Law (magna cum laude), Brett has gained broad experience across the firm’s various practice areas. He became a shareholder in 2017.
Brett advises clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, development, leasing, and financing, as well as business entity formation and corporate transactions. Outside of the office, Brett enjoys golfing, following the San Francisco Giants, and is a season ticket holder for Nevada men’s basketball. He and his wife Kristine were married in October 2019 and have a son and now looking forward to welcoming their daughter in November 2025. The Maupin’s enjoy traveling and spending family weekends in Graeagle, California.
